Our Returns Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they’re in original condition with all packaging intact. Like pruning a garden for new growth, we believe in giving your purchases room to flourish or return to us.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our wildlife and customers, these nature-inspired products cannot be returned:
- Bird & Wildlife Food (for hygiene reasons)
- Seeds & Bulbs (due to perishable nature)
- Personalized Garden Ornaments (custom-made items)
- Opened Pet Care Products
Simple Returns Process
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number
- Receive Authorization – Our garden-loving team will send return instructions
- Pack Securely – Use original packaging to protect items like delicate garden decor
- Ship Back – Return via tracked service (customer responsible for return shipping)
- Receive Refund – Processed within 5 business days of receipt
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow steps 1-4 above
- Specify desired replacement item in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Refund Information
Refunds bloom like spring flowers:
- Original Payment Method: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
- Credit Cards: 3-10 business days (depending on issuer)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your garden furniture or wildlife product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement, treating the situation with the urgency of rescuing an injured bird.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian/remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees for returned items are non-refundable
- Use our recommended tracked carriers (DHL/FedEx)
