  • Free Shipping: For orders over £50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS

We currently ship worldwide, though some Asian and remote regions may be excluded due to customs restrictions (like certain plants that don’t travel well).

Nature’s Note: Delivery times may vary during seasonal growth periods (holidays) or unexpected weather conditions (global events).

Our Returns Promise

If your purchase doesn’t bring the natural harmony you expected, we’re here to help cultivate a solution. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they’re in original condition with all packaging intact – like returning a plant to its nursery pot.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our wildlife and customers, these nature-inspired products cannot be returned:

  • Bird & Wildlife Food (for hygiene reasons – we must protect our feathered friends)
  • Seeds & Bulbs (their perishable nature makes them like cut flowers – they can’t be replanted in our inventory)
  • Personalized Garden Ornaments (custom-made items grow specially for you)
  • Opened Pet Care Products (for the wellbeing of all creatures)

The Returns Process

Our returns process flows as gently as a garden stream:

  2. Receive Authorization – Our garden-loving team will send return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Pack Securely – Use original packaging to protect items like delicate garden decor (think nesting boxes for fragile items)

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):
